This stair area is actually very simple and minimally decorated, but it always becomes the center of attention for everyone who visits the house.
With the use of wood motif granite material on the steps combined with black stair railings, this space becomes contrasting and harmonious, plus a touch of black & white walldecor frames.
For lighting, we also pay attention to it, so it is installed in several stair areas.

Our stairs are in front of the kitchen island that connects the 1st and 2nd floors, the area under the stairs is used for a guest toilet, so that the privacy of the 2nd floor is maintained, these stairs are kid-friendly because the ends of the stairs are made slightly blunt, the handrails have handrails that adjust to the height of the children #tangga #tanggarumah #stairsidea #ideanaktangga #vinyllantai #cattembok

We designed this stair area by selecting stair material according to the color of the doors in this house so that it matches and more unites the concept. We also chose to match the color of the wall decor to the black stair railing so that it contrasts with the white and wood in this stair area.
In the future, we plan to add cupboards/cabinet under the stairs so that the space under the stairs can be used for storage.
