We use the 2nd floor of this house to fill our free time when at home.
The work/study desk adjacent to the balcony provides freshness if the window is opened. I can also keep an eye on the activities on the 1st floor
The side hallway is made of wooden benches for us to enjoy the afternoon under the shade of the pule tree.
There is also a fitness room with lots of open windows

Because the main characteristic of this house is "EXPOSE CEMENT" so we really prepare the process of making cement floors, by providing iron construction before making the floor.
