Laundry room #tentramdihuni measuring 2x2 2.5 has an industrial theme. This room is not too big but it is enough for washing and drying activities that are not too frequent.
Some of the walls use roasters to maintain good air circulation and add to the aesthetics.
Even though we use a washing machine and dryer, we still put a pulley clothesline which looks minimalist and doesn't make the room, which isn't too big, too full.

Having an aesthetic kitchen with an island is our dream come true. But sometimes aesthetics is inversely proportional to function, therefore we really think about how our home kitchen remains functional with an attractive appearance.

We use the corner of the main room for wardrobe and accessories.
It was deliberately made at ceiling height so that it does not become a place for dust to collect and also makes it look neater and more minimalist.
The color choice continues to use gray and wood motifs like in the other rooms combined with a 60x120 granite floor with a marble pattern.

Kitchen with island is our choice, besides multi-function can be used as a dining table, island is the right choice when you want to add a lot of storage in the kitchen.
What's interesting is that our kitchen is between the living room which is adjacent to the back garden and facing the dry garden which makes the kitchen in #tentramdihuni seem spacious.

From the start, I agreed with my husband to make a house with a facade that was "as ordinary as possible". Because we personally prefer the comfort of home to be enjoyed by us alone, not by other people. Just be an ordinary facade in #serenedihabitable. Still with the same concept, #tentramdihuni wants to provide a comfortable bedroom for its residents. Almost all the furniture in the main bedroom was ordered so that everything matched and the size could be optimized.
In our opinion, there are several things that need to be considered to create a #tentramdihuni bedroom.
1. Comfortable bed, here we order according to the size we want.
2. Lighting that can be adjusted according to needs. In this room we use a smart lamp and several spotlight lights so that they can be used as needed.
3. Good air circulation.
Even though the room AC is turned on almost 24/7, we still provide wide openings for light to come in or when you want to turn off the AC.
4. Decoration
The choice of decoration also influences comfort, at home we choose to decorate the room very little because it looks spacious and not "crowded".
5. Sufficient storage space
This is also very necessary, especially if the size of the house is not too big. Therefore, almost all of our furniture is custom made to optimize the function of the furniture.
6. Cleanliness
When the bedroom is clean, the quality of rest will definitely be better.

Favorite place for both of us in #tentramdihuni
Having a house with a back garden is a dream for both of us, because previously our house was a house built by a developer which didn't have open space in the back area, making us determined to have open space in the next house. Thank God, our hopes came true, apart from making the back garden aesthetic, it is also good for air circulation.
The two of us could spend a long time just exchanging stories here.

The kitchen #tentramdihuni has an area of approximately 19m2, with this not too large area we agreed to make it a kitchen island as well as a dining table.
The combination of wood and dark gray is our choice for the kitchen set to match the floor, table top and back splash.
Don't forget to choose electronics as well as space decoration so you don't have to use decorations that are less functional.
Above the island we placed a hanging lamp with 7 light bulbs to beautify our kitchen.
