One of my dreams before building a house was to have a semi-outdoor garden with large glass windows like this. Although initially it was a bit difficult to realize because the land we had was quite limited, in the end it could still be realized even though the size was not that big.
Now this area is our favorite area. Because apart from making the house brighter, the air in the house also becomes cooler. And a bonus paint room in the corner area which is the icon at Gioia House at the moment 🤍

Don't get bored watching this kitchen show again and again. Because the kitchen is the favorite room in this house ☺️
The lighting in the kitchen area was deliberately made with 3 types of lights, I used 3 downlight points, 2 LED strips on the shelf and 2 hanging lights above the island table.

The vocal point in this kitchen area is the island table which is 2m long, half the kitchen area with a width of approximately 4m. The island table was made large so that it would be a place for my family and I to gather not only at meal times, but when the children were discussing, wfh or just welcoming guests. The choice of different colors for the upper and lower cabinets is the vocal point of this kitchen ✨

The facade design style of Dasa Cavana is Scandinavian Industrial. For Scandinavian, this is still my favorite, with a triangular shape from the front, suitable for a house in a tropical environment.
And to achieve industrial vibes, I gave a dark color, and also terracotta so that house maintenance can be more minimal. Colors that change due to rain and heat can be minimized. There is also a combination of black on the fence, canopy and also small parts on the facade to complement its industrial style.

My version of Kitchen Styling ✨
Apart from making up to ceiling cabinets, I customized special storage for kitchen appliances according to my needs at home, such as refrigerators, dispensers and microwaves. Of course, I customized this storage according to the existing size. I also used each side as functional storage so that storing various kitchen utensils was more organized.

• Bedroom •
The only bedroom that exists and is actively used currently 🫶🏻 the master bedroom. The size is sufficient, not big but not small either... hehe, the part I like about this bedroom is that it has a large sliding window, so the main room never feels stuffy. Favorite thing in this room is the bed side table, because it's easy to move and light 😂 If suddenly you want to watch a movie in your room, just move the bed side table to the front of the bed and put the laptop... hehe
Apart from that, I also like the bedroom lamp in this room! Deliberately put it far from the mattress so that when you sleep you can still sleep without dazzling your eyes... so the atmosphere is dim like that, you know, haha
In this room the furniture is only 1-drawer! Versatile storage ☺️ anything goes in this drawer hihihi
I still tend to feel comfortable with plain walls like this, it just gives a spacious impression... so the walls don't even have any decorations hehe, the most beautiful thing in this room is just the Bamboo storage box style! Love it!
To keep your room looking neat, put things in their place as much as possible and put things that make you comfortable when you sleep! Like a night light 💛💛💛

On the 1st floor, the building area is around 36 square meters, 3 meters wide and 12 meters long. Therefore, we have to have lots of storage so we can store things neatly.
To make the space appear wider, we can remove partitions. You can see that on the 1st floor, there are no partitions between rooms. Apart from open space, we also chose small furniture.
We had to renovate a sofa bed because it was too big in our small living room. As a result, from the results of the renovation, we made tatami pillows.
One more thing, large windows or openings can also give the impression that the room looks more spacious, because the outdoor garden seems to be part of the room.

The atmosphere from afternoon to evening from the back terrace of cona.hom. What is characteristic of this house is of course the minimalist arch door & window bar🌸🫶🏻.
This terrace and kitchen have a fairly small area, namely only 3x3m (per room), but the all-white paint and furniture can make this room feel a little more spacious and spacious. 🖤

I hope you don't get bored looking at the same living room at Gioia House, hehe. So at Gioia House there is no special living room. Because the land is limited and there are rarely guests, there is only a living room measuring 4.3 x 3 meters. There is no special theme in this living room, what is clear is that I like neutral color choices such as grey, white and wood.
The sofa is placed not opposite the TV so that the room is wider and easier to access. One of his favorite parts is that the living room is adjacent to the garden which is bordered by a sliding glass door. So the room feels more spacious, brighter and has good air circulation.
The way I change the atmosphere of this room so that I don't get bored is quite easy. Simply replace the plain carpet with a patterned carpet or vice versa. Sometimes you also change the position of furniture and decorations so that the room looks fresher.

This is my journey looking for a house 🖤
I decided to buy a house even though I would live alone. The decision is quite long. From the initial intention of a mortgage until, thank God, the construction from the old developer was able to save me money again, and I could make payments without a mortgage.
Daśa Cavana is a house purchased from a developer in a buy-build condition. But it's extraordinary to wait a year for construction. But what I like about the place where I bought the house is that this house can change its plan and facade as long as it uses a triangular facade.
So you could say, Daśa Cavana's facade is his own design.
The process is definitely full of emotions. There are happy, sad, disappointed, happy. But finally when the house was finished, this became a place for me to take shelter and dream. Surely friends also have their own stories, right 💛

This Terra Hauz measures 6x15m, making it included in the tiny house category, hihi. So, that's why when we first renovated this house, we deliberately created an open plan concept and knocked down the walls that previously existed, there used to be a barrier between the living room and the kitchen.
Apart from that, we deliberately chose a round dining table, even though it looks like a round table is bigger, with a round table we can freely add additional chairs on all sides.
When choosing furniture colors, we also prefer neutral colors, with lots of white accents. The goal is to make the room appear brighter and more spacious.
With the combination of concepts as I said above, currently we are quite satisfied to live here with 1 child. Children still have a large space to run around😁
