Here it is, the dining area in our house! This dining area is integrated with the living room and kitchen, an open space that makes the atmosphere feel spacious. We chose an island table because we usually have breakfast together here before everyone does their activities. The island table is made of teak wood with a granite marble table top, so it connects with the kitchen cabinet. But, this area is still a work in progress! There are still things that need to be fixed, especially the empty wall near the refrigerator that is not yet optimal. Any ideas to beautify this area? I've always wanted to have a white kitchen like Shea McGee or Serena & Lily's works that are not only functional, but also feel warm and comfortable for family gatherings. That's why this open space kitchen concept is the best choice! This kitchen was only completed about 2 years after we moved into this house because we went back and forth for design consultations until we found the best interior design & build vendor. In addition to making the room feel more spacious, the integrated kitchen and dining area also makes cooking and eating activities more exciting. Natural light coming in from the large windows adds to the airy impression, while wood and rattan elements keep the atmosphere homey. Small details like woven chairs, rattan pendant lights, and a glass dining table with a wooden base really make a statement in this room. It always feels nice to have a relaxing coffee here in the morning or chat with family during dinner.
