Room Transformation – Renovating a Kids Room with Small Changes that Have a Big Impact 🩷
When this house was first built and its interior, I hadn’t designed anything for this kids room. I was still confused about what design I wanted to do.
As time went by, I kind of wanted to renovate this room but not too big a renovation.

Pocket-Friendly Material Spill ✨
Those who have followed #BruwnHouse know how low budget I was when changing this child's room to be more 'cheerful'.
Here I spill 3 affordable materials according to me:
• Kiloan Paint
Bought it near my house and eh the color is also suitable, even though it's cheap per kilo only 30 thousand but it's really worth it, glossy and the color is aesthetic.
• Wall Batten
Only 1500 silver per piece, I use about 6 sizes 3cmx100cm thick 6mm. So it makes the home accent more lively, right?
• Latt Study Table
It's no secret that many people use this study table, besides the price is very affordable under 400 thousand, you can get 1 study table and 2 children's chairs.

1. Plain brown bed sheet
In this room we use a plain brown bed sheet to match the theme of the room, we use a plain colored bed sheet to give a spacious impression because the size of this room is not big, only 2.5 m x 3 m.
2. White blanket
We use this blanket on top of the bed sheet to beautify the room.
3. Bamboo wallboard
In this room, we replace the backdrop of the bed using a plain cream-colored bamboo wall board and combine it with a brown wall panel.

What's in this 3x3 room?
We use this developer's bedroom as a bed and a workspace.
In this room we use a 160x200 mattress and in the corner we add an elbow-shaped work desk to utilize the space.
For the wall accents we use wallbattens that we made ourselves (DIY) with Dutch teak wood.
This bedroom is the first room that we made over to be bolder with black paint with warm accents from the wood tone.

The dominant color palette of the room is white, green and there are brown accents for the floor and some decorations.
The reason for using this color palette is because green and white are favorite colors and I have always wanted to have a green and white nuance room.

Styling My Bedroom ✨
The room is the most comfortable place to rest after being tired of doing daily activities. Although this room is not so spacious measuring 3.5 m x 3.5 m but it must be made comfortable, there is not much furniture in this room, we only add decorations to the walls with wall panels combined with UPVC marble, and add artificial plants to give a fresh impression and we also add 1 standing lamp as a night light.

Low Budget Bedroom Thin Makeover
I don't regret the thin makeover of the bedroom wall corner using wpc, it turns out to be more aesthetic & brings a very big change. The look is very different, even more beautiful. In addition, we also covered the bed headboard again with kertasive so that the color is more harmonious. For the paint itself, we changed it from green to cream, the ambiance is warmer.

•Change the Atmosphere of the Room with Low Budget Wallpanels•
For a different atmosphere, we added wall panels to the walls, we made these wall panels ourselves with hmr board then we painted them with dulux easy clean "ghost grey". In addition to being a wall decoration, these wall panels also act as a divider between the bed and the wardrobe. The budget to make these wall panels is under 300,000.

Creating a comfortable space by changing the color of the bedroom paint^^
The bedroom is a room that must prioritize comfort. Because this room is a place to rest and relax after a day of activities.
To make it more comfortable, I want to change the paint to give a new color to this room.
I didn't expect that changing the color of the bedroom paint could have that effect, I changed the developer's default bedroom paint to Jotun paint with the code 1892.
After changing the paint, the atmosphere was immediately very different. It feels warmer, more aesthetic, and of course makes it even more comfortable.
