Because it is located on the 2nd floor, during the renovation the layout remains the same as the original layout from the developer. Although small, it is designed in such a way that its function is maximized but remains aesthetic and elegant.
In addition, all bathroom equipment is complete and neatly stored in the cabinet under the sink so it is not messy. This is one of the tips so that the bathroom is not only beautiful when photographed but also in accordance with its actual condition 😁.

Minimalist Bathroom in Mezzanine Floor
From the beginning of the renovation, we wanted more than one bathroom. Because the number of family members is increasing, the need for bathrooms is also increasing.
This bathroom is located on the mezzanine floor which also has a master bedroom, so this bathroom is more private.
The area of this bathroom is only 2.8 x 1.6 meters,
the same as the area of the bathroom on the 1st floor.
And the minimalist concept is the same. Only a few materials are distinguished by type and color.
Full ceiling ceramics, exhaust ceiling fan, tempered glass partitions, large sunblast sticker windows, make the bathroom look clean and free from dampness.
The presence of a fairly high and large mirror also makes the bathroom look more spacious.
Don't forget the matte bathroom floor we chose for this bathroom. This type of non-slippery floor is very suitable in the bathroom. Besides looking more minimalist, it also functions to avoid falling/slipping on the bathroom floor.

This is a kid/guest bathroom measuring about 2.3m x 1.2m, which is enough to accommodate all the essential elements such as a shower, toilet, and sink without feeling cramped. With this size, we can make good use of every corner.
We chose black and white ceramic materials because both give an elegant feel. Black ceramics give a dramatic impression, while white creates a clean and bright impression. In addition, ceramic materials are waterproof and easy to clean, making them a practical choice for bathrooms.
We wanted to create a minimalist and modern aesthetic with a touch of glamour. With the use of black and white, I plan to add elements such as hanging lights. The use of small green plants will also add a fresh impression.
It is important to choose furniture and equipment that are not only attractive but also practical. For example, choosing a sink that is adjusted to the size and bathroom ceramics, makes the bathroom more stylish. Using a large mirror to create the illusion of a wider space and adding good lighting so that the bathroom still feels comfortable and functions well.

This 2x3.2m bathroom transformation is a 𝒎𝙮 𝙙𝒓𝙚𝒂𝙢 𝙗𝒂𝙩𝒉𝙧𝒐𝙤𝒎. With a 𝒕𝙞𝒎𝙚𝒍𝙚𝒔𝙨 𝙘𝒉𝙞𝒄 design, we open the ceiling a little for the 𝙨𝒌𝙮𝒍𝙞𝒈𝙝𝒕 above the sink area so that natural light can enter.
This bathroom is accessible from the master bedroom and directly 𝒄𝙤𝒏𝙣𝒆𝙘𝒕𝙚𝒅 through a door to the 𝙬𝒂𝙡𝒌-𝒊𝙣 𝙘𝒍𝙤𝒔𝙚𝒕.
The floor & walls are fully up using 120x60cm marble motif granite without removing the old ceramics to cut costs and shorten the 𝙩𝒊𝙢𝒆 𝒇𝙧𝒂𝙢𝒆 work.
Specifically for the bathroom area, we differentiate the walls by using 𝒛𝙚𝒍𝙡𝒊𝙜𝒆 𝒕𝙞𝒍𝙚 (Moroccan ceramics) to maintain an “organic” feel.
To create a “warm” atmosphere, we chose 𝙨𝒉𝙤𝒘𝙚𝒓, faucets & bidets in 𝙜𝒐𝙡𝒅, several features with brass & silver materials.
As a storage area, we created a drawer-shaped cabinet with Taco sheet material with a wood motif & a door to the living room made of teak wood material coated with a 2-layer coating so that the original wood grain & color are still clearly visible. #BathroomCeramics

Have a bathroom like a hotel bathroom? Why not!
With an area of 2.5 X 1.8 meters, you can have your dream bathroom. I designed this bathroom myself according to my needs. I deliberately chose non-fiber wall tiles so that they are easy to clean and for the floor tiles I chose fiber granite so that they are not slippery and comfortable of course. For the material, I made sure it was the best but still pocket-friendly, because this bathroom was certainly made for the long term. Now for this one, this Vanity area is what I pay the most attention to. The height of the sink is adjusted to the height of my body, so it won't be too high or too low. Can you imagine if I just want to wash my hands, my hands will get sore because of the height? And then, there is wall storage for my skincare so that I am more diligent in doing skincare and more glowing 😅. Then one more thing, under the sink there is open storage with warm LED lighting accents to make it more cozy. They say, if you want to know if someone is clean or not, try looking at their bathroom. Is that true???

The bathroom in my house is in the middle of 2 bedrooms, because the bathroom area is not too wide I installed a sink set with a cabinet on the outside of the bathroom.
To make it more aesthetic and not easily damp because of the wet area in the sink I use wall panels and wood motif wallpaper.

Inside the 𝙥𝒂𝙧𝒍𝙤𝒓 𝙧𝒐𝙤𝒎 on the 1st floor, precisely under the stairs to the 𝒓𝙤𝒐𝙛𝒕𝙤𝒑, there is a 𝙨𝒎𝙖𝒍𝙡 𝙩𝒐𝙞𝒍𝙚𝒕 with a sliding door made of UPVC.
The size is very small, only 1.45 cm x 0.90 cm, so it is only enough for a toilet.
Initially, this toilet was not in the planning, but in the middle of the renovation, we felt the need for a toilet on that floor so that we don't have to go down to the lower floor if we are in 𝒓𝙤𝒐𝙛𝒕𝙤𝒑 or 𝙥𝒂𝙧𝒍𝙤𝒓 𝙧𝒐𝙤𝒎.

For the bathroom area in this house, we didn't change much from the developer's original design—because in our opinion, the design and function are good enough and suit the needs of our small family. All materials, from tiles, granite, shower set, sitting toilet, and sink, are the developer's choice with gray as the main color, which matches the facade of the house.
But there are still some small touches to make it more comfortable and aesthetic:
🛁 In the main bathroom, we added glass above the sink and shelves to store soap & toiletries.
🚿 In the guest bathroom, we also added a small shelf as a place to put toiletries for guests who stay overnight. We also added some decorative plants to make the bathroom feel more alive.
Sometimes you don't need a big renovation to make a house more comfortable—just a small touch that is thoughtful & functional 💡

Hi Hi.. This is our 2x2 m bathroom. This bathroom is still very basic and still the same as when we first moved into this house. With floral patterned ceramic walls and gray floor tiles. Both are not matching, because they are the default of the developer in our housing complex. However, our bathroom area is quite complete in it.
As shown in the first slide, there is no partition between the toilet seat, shower and sink cabinet. Inside, we have also installed a water heater so that we do not need to boil water first to bathe our small children.
We also attached a toilet tissue holder next to the sink cabinet and there is also a towel hanger made of stainless steel.

Our guest bathroom is only 1.5 x 2.0 meters. It is located next to the guest bedroom and living room. The design is simple, not too many accessories so that guests do not feel intimidated when using this bathroom 😂.
Ceramic floor with black, gray and white tile design, we also chose to use full ceramic wall area up to the ceiling with small crystal lights and 𝙨𝒎𝙖𝒍𝙡 𝙜𝒐𝙡𝒅 𝒅𝙚𝒕𝙖𝒊𝙡𝒔 as a sweetener.

even though this bathroom is small, we still separate the wet and dry areas at 80cm and 120cm
it can look spacious in this bathroom because of the white color from the full wall to the ceiling, this method can be a solution for small rooms including bathrooms to make them look spacious.
in this bathroom there is one closet, tissue holder, storage below and above the mirror, there is a mini sink.
and for the soap dish we make a niche or trough so as not to narrow the room.
