Our house has a land area of 6x12 meters with a building area of 45m2. To create a spacious impression in this small house, we chose a design with a MINIMALIST concept because minimalist allows us to sort out the things we want to buy (considering our room has minimal space), it can save a little budget in construction because It doesn't have excessive ornamentation, just certain accessories, it can unite the theme throughout the room. We like the Monochrome theme

KITCHEN AREA
We want an open space house but we don't see any stairs in the living room area. Finally, my husband tried to put the stairs in the kitchen area to maximize the land, because we don't need a kitchen set. Our kitchen design is very simple and adapted to our needs. We just cook rice and make coffee, item the decoration in the kitchen might be the stairs because it uses white paint so it looks like a Balinese style studio object 😁

LIVING ROOM
This room can be said to be a place for everything, so we decorated it with a sofa + stainless steel coffee table to match the corner table, there is a sea water aquarium in the corner, so that when exposed to sunlight, biota can grow, to install the curtains we just use vitrase which is hung a little above the ceiling, and using windows large enough to allow smooth air circulation

RECORD CORNER
we use the space in the corner to express our desire to collect some vinyl records, with stainless steel storage shelves that we assemble ourselves, we install a glass top table, we use the remaining space for a collection of lamps

DESK SETUP
We changed the work desk to all white so that it looked spacious and matched the theme of the room with the interior of the film we installed ourselves

BATHROOM
the bathroom measures 1.35 m x 2 m, we want a mini sink, closet and shower, cool we use full splash gray granite to make it look spacious with plain colors

The master bedroom is our favorite room after the kitchen. The master bedroom is a favorite area when my husband, children and I exchange stories before we sleep.
There is nothing special about the decoration of our main bedroom, we deliberately made this room clean and without many items so that we could sleep soundly without any distractions. But the head bed/wall panel is the point of interest in this bedroom, because the white color matches the wall and door paint, which is very suitable for adding an aesthetic element to the bedroom.
This bedroom does not have air conditioning, alternatively we have a large window circulation opening 2x1.5 meters which allows light and cool air circulation to enter our bedroom.

Indoor Laundry Area? Why Not?
So far, people usually have an outdoor or even semi-outdoor laundry room. But at Rumah Semak, the laundry room is fully indoor!
Hey, but there are conditions:
* Wash clothes with a machine and spin at a minimum of 1000rpm so that no water drips
* Ventilation must be good. Here, our laundry room is located next to the balcony and there is a side window, so that fresh air always flows
* There is still sunlight
* Use a clothesline that can be folded or raised and lowered
Although small, this laundry room also has storage for dirty clothes, detergent stock, a sink for ironing and a plug for ironing (the board and iron are stored in the warehouse)
Regarding decoration, we only decorate this room with a vocal point on the green wall and decorate it with some living plants.
