➖ My Dream Kitchen
Previously, the kitchen in this house was just a cast table built by the developer which was requested to have black granite attached to the walls and table top. The first concept was also an open shelves kitchen.
But because it looked full and messy, in the end we installed a full cabinet (kitchen set) to the end of the kitchen area, which functions as storage too, because this house doesn't have a warehouse.
We decided to install a full black cabinet like the one we found inspiration for in the P application, as well as the backsplash which we just changed to a dominant white color to make it look brighter and cleaner.
For kitchen decoration items, we still choose those that are more functional and those that are used more often, without too many variations and not too concerned with aesthetics.

➖ Bathroom Makeover
The bathroom is rarely shown because it's not really worth showing 😂
This super tiny bathroom measures 1.65 x 1.25m
It's still built by the developer, and there's only 1 bathroom in this house, so we can only use #DIYlowbudget #MakeoverLowbudget so that it looks prettier, more aesthetic but still functional.
The walls have been made over 3 times since we first moved in, first using marble motif wall stickers, then changing to brick motif wall stickers, and now using 3 types of 'ceramic' in different colors and DIY motifs.
The first is the original ceramic, painted with black ceramic paint. The top wall is covered with vinyl from the rest of the floor, and the walls on the left and right use a checkered granite pattern foam wallpaper sticker. Thank God, I have had this bathroom decoration for a year and it is still lasting now.
Hopefully later there will be good fortune. I really want to renovate this small bathroom to make it more comfortable and functional.

The living room in this house still has a bold and warm feel, with a dark gray sofa that matches the wall paint color.

Hello from the developer's default Facade that rarely appears 😁
There is no specific style for the facade, only the paint color which we changed to monochrome when we first moved in.
To be honest, we haven't had time to renovate the facade area because we don't think it's that important, at most we just need to repaint it because maintaining white walls is quite difficult.
We fill the garden area with green plants such as cactus, monstera, as well as vines such as pothos to make it look fresher. Because I live in a small cluster and close together, I don't use a fence anymore.
Tips for facades, the important thing is to always tidy up the entrance and garden area so that it always looks clean and fresh. Also regular wall paint maintenance.

The way I make a room more aesthetic is by buying decoration products/details that match the tone and style of the house.
First, choose based on color, such as black, white or brown tones. Second, adjust it to the needs of the room, for example for cushion covers, throw blankets or decorative objects such as vases.
Usually I buy from stores like IKEA or Informa, because being able to see the product directly makes me more satisfied, compared to buying online. There is no special budget to buy decoration items, usually it's more about mix and match and changing things up so that the vibes are different.

If we're talking about a low budget makeover, it really suits my kitchen, because I attached a plain black granite backsplash with a marble motif wall sticker to make it more elegant, and installed a wood grain motif PVC wall sticker for the table top.

As you can see, the Color Pallete of my house is dominated by Bold and Warm colors.
The warm colors are earth tones, a combination of wood and decorative details.
Meanwhile, bold colors such as black are also applied to the color of the walls and some furniture in the house.
We chose this palette because previously our house had a monochrome, black and white theme. However, because it has been too monotonous for 5 years, we added warm elements to make it more homey and cozy.
The way we mix and match colors is by looking for inspiration on the internet and making a color moodboard first. Tips for buying home decorations, avoid buying things just because they are cute/aesthetic, but also think about matching tones that suit the color palette of the house.

Make the Living Room look more Fancy with Shelves decoration 😍
My husband and I made these shelves or wall shelves ourselves, aka #DIYLowBudget. We bought Dutch teak wood boards the size of the width of the living room wall, and covered them with PVC stickers with wood grain motifs.
The function of this shelf, apart from saving space, I use it to store decorative collection items and the plus point is that the living room looks more fancy!
