Do you know what Poisson d'Avril is?
It means "April Fish" in French, and it's a tradition to eat fish-themed sweets on April Fool's Day.
I knew about it when I saw Gretel's oven some time ago, and the other day I saw a fish-shaped pie at a cake shop and got excited, thinking "Is this that something-or-other!?" and bought one 🐟
Easter hasn't really caught on yet, but fish-shaped pies are cute, so I hope they do.

Minimalist Christmas🎄🎅
Every year I think twice about buying a tree, but this year I arranged a mini bouquet in a boot-shaped glass and decorated it with velvet ribbon🎄
This year, I have a few Christmas parties and my husband and I don't have the same days off, so today we had a little early days off and enjoyed the Christmas spirit early together🎅
I was wondering what kind of cake to make, but I stuck a Santa pick into a Juchheim Baumkuchen and sprinkled it with powdered sugar to make it easy.
I only prepared a goblet and red wine so that we could drink mulled wine together at least in the evening🍷🌟
