IKEA's new portable lamp is great!
It has three brightness levels and is cordless, so you can place it anywhere.
Placing it in a corner of a room that tends to be dark adds depth and makes the room feel larger, even at night.
I like using it at the lowest brightness setting.

Bathroom
For the floor, we had them add a pattern to the hexagonal tiles, inspired by the image of a classic American hotel.
The pattern was made by craftsmen one by one by hand, so it was quite a struggle to finish.
I like the unique counter-style sink in the center.
I really wanted to incorporate the smooth, rounded design.
Originally, I wanted to make the kitchen an island type with a rounded counter, but it turned out that it would be better to give up on that due to space constraints,
so the designer understood my intentions and recreated it in the sink.

My kitchen was custom-built. Since the ceiling is made of lauan wood, I chose red for the tile grout. I was worried that red in the kitchen might make it less appetizing, but I'm happy with how it turned out, creating such a pop space. ❤︎

The bathroom at night. With only indirect lighting, it has a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The countertop, storage shelf, chest and iron bar are custom-made. The layout and size were designed with household chores in mind. The layout is bathroom → laundry room/bathroom → walk-in closet. Folding laundry and ironing can be completed on the wide countertop.

The bathroom is made of glass, so it gets lots of natural light. Our house has a retaining wall, so the bathroom is not visible from the road. This means you can enjoy a spacious bath without worrying about being seen. The window is frosted, so it's even safer. I was conscious of creating a space that would make doing housework in the laundry room fun. It's my favorite space.

I really like this kind of lifestyle.
When renovating the kitchen, I aimed for a white x tile look like you see in Korean rooms. It looks very clean, so I recommend it🧹
I considered various combinations of matte white x wall cabinets x tiles and decided on this one. Kitchens without wall cabinets are in fashion, but I'm a big fan of having them🙋♀️
