Hello again, it's Memen and Moriko.
It's been a year since we renovated a used apartment, modeled after the colorful rooms in picture books.
We knocked down a 4LDK to create a 2LDK, and now the two of us live in a spacious living/dining room.
With rising material costs and rising prices driving up demand for used homes, we expect the demand for renovations to continue to grow. I hope this blog helps anyone reading this, learning about renovations like this one.
We hadn't moved in yet, so this is the first time we've experienced the sunlight this time of year. 🌿

It's raining.
Yesterday the light was blue, but today the light is warm.
The new circulator I got is working well, so I haven't used the air conditioner yet this season. Maybe it will help me keep my electricity bill down a little.
By the way, the Life Park that they started streaming yesterday is really fun.

This is Sabuaka. I really like the #スツール I bought the other day at #Ohouseshopping.
It can be taken out to the balcony and used as a table or as a stand, so it's versatile. It has a simple, rugged, iron-like design, but it's very light and matches the pop style of my balcony.
