Hello again, it's Memen and Moriko.
It's been a year since we renovated a used apartment, modeled after the colorful rooms in picture books.
We knocked down a 4LDK to create a 2LDK, and now the two of us live in a spacious living/dining room.
With rising material costs and rising prices driving up demand for used homes, we expect the demand for renovations to continue to grow. I hope this blog helps anyone reading this, learning about renovations like this one.
We hadn't moved in yet, so this is the first time we've experienced the sunlight this time of year. 🌿
My favorite spot is this window seat.

When cleaning, just having an activity table helps me so much...
Children's play area in the living room.
The sun comes in through the large windows on the south side,
On sunny days, even in winter, I can play in the warmth without the need for heating.
On the other hand, in the summer, the sun is at a high altitude and the design prevents sunlight from entering, so it is comfortable all year round.
It's great to have a cool indoor room in the summer, but being warm in the winter makes you feel warm and happy.

and adds a vibrant touch to a white room 🧡
It's fascinating how a simple space can change its atmosphere with just a touch of color.
Recently, I've been rearranging my home almost every day, trying out different things.
I discovered a new way to add depth to otherwise flat white walls by shining a light on the wall. 💡
Everfresh lit by the AYNO LAMP also creates a lovely atmosphere.
Lighting plants can really improve the atmosphere of a room. 🌿
With a little ingenuity,
even an ordinary rental room can be transformed into a comfortable space. ✨
