My mini DIY wall project is complete...!
I'll definitely be living in a reinforced concrete building, but
I wanted a little bit of wood on the walls, so I made a small section of my workspace wooden. (The blue carpet and reddish wood give it a slightly retro feel.)
(It was tough carrying the wood on foot from the home improvement store.)

I really liked the angle and the lighting in the room that was used for the magazine photoshoot, so I tried taking some photos with my own SLR camera.
Close the curtains on the south side, where the most light comes in, and leave the west side open.
It looks great if you only use a ring lamp for lighting 🙆
