I made homemade sweets for the first time in a while.
Photo 1) Coffee jelly
Coffee was too bitter, and there was too little sugar.
Photo 2) Panna cotta
I put in too much rum, so it was too strong.
As a result, I'm going to stop making sweets for a while. 😭
The plates in the first photo are copper enamelware from nijiiro,
and the second photo is from Kurashima.
