Isn’t it amazing how a rug alone can change the entire vibe?
I just reset my entryway with a new blue stripe rug from Ohouse, and the difference is incredible.
The best part? My kids are literally taking turns lying on it because it is so soft.

Our Yui is almost 80 days old👶🏻ྀི
Now she smiles brightly and has become quite human(?)
Every time I see her, I feel so amazed.. 🤍
Especially when I read her a book or sing her a song
She often wiggles her feet and twitches

So it looks neat and easy to take them out and read them.

The mismatched white furniture in the kid's room is the one I used when I first moved out 20 years ago.
I remember reading The Little Prince more than 20 years ago, and now that I think about it, the kid's room feels like it's full of my memories.

As a working mom with absolutely no knowledge of architectural design, I longed to build a home that would fit my family perfectly,
so I unraveled the vision of a house I had in my head.
I requested a one-dimensional hand-drawn drawing from the construction company, and the drawings were created. As I lived, I gradually realized that the house was becoming complete, with the addition of my family's image.
The photos and writing I post on Today's House focus less on special presentations,
and more on "what the house represents to us at this very moment."
They often capture the organization, emptying, lighting, and the three of us in the house.
Rather than simply showing the house with its furniture and accessories, I tried to capture the natural beauty of our family's presence in the space.
Our house is a 140-square-foot single-story house, characterized by its high ceilings, large windows, and double-hung doors, creating an open feeling.
Some days, the sunlight is the focal point,
and other days, the sound of children running around fills the house... ^^
It's also a space where that "feeling of living" is naturally captured.😊
There are so many people with incredible taste and a homely atmosphere that I hesitated for a moment when I received the award invitation.
But thanks to those who have appreciated my archives, I've found the courage to apply.
I thought it would be incredibly meaningful if the story of my home could inspire someone else. :)
While consistently documenting my daily life on Today's House,
I've tried to respond to every comment, no matter how small.
I'd be proud if my posts and photos helped someone.^^
