Today, I went to dance in the morning,
and then I made him dinner 🤣🤣🤣🤣
He's still home on vacation... ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
He said he'd just eat and go to school, so I made him egg rice.
When I asked him what he wanted for dinner...
Mala-tang... sushi... udon... tteokbokki... rice noodles...
There were so many options ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
He finally asked me what I could make, so I said I'd make soy sauce noodles,
and he said okay, so soy sauce noodles!!!
Soy sauce noodle base
2 tsp tsuyu + 250ml water + garlic + pepper + 3 tsp corn syrup + green onions, and that's it!!!!
A dash of sesame oil ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
I boiled the noodles, poured the broth over them, and mixed them together. JMT!!!!!!
Have a delicious dinner^^ Now, let's go make some dinner for Nampyo... .ㅋㅋㅋ

Today, I made Chicken Milanesa using #나니까's recipe. Even though it's chicken breast, it was moist and delicious. ㅎㅎ

I put in leeks that I grew myself (actually I just added them as a side dish?)
I made kimchi stew with meat🔥👀
I bought leeks, cleaned them, cut off the roots, and
grew them hydroponically. They grew so big in just 2 weeks💚
I think leeks are really easy to grow!!ㅋㅋ

My first attempt at grilling lamb ribs at home!
It was harder to grill than I thought, but once I made it, it was more delicious than eating out 😌
This way, I ate out less and improved my skills.
(Of course, not me, but my husband... hehe)
It was a shoulder rack I bought at E-Mart,
and it was so delicious that I'm going to buy more soon!
