🍚 How to make omelet rice 🍚
• Ingredients (for 2 servings) •
2 servings of rice, cold vegetables (zucchini, carrots, onions, etc.), spam or minced meat (optional), 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 2 tbsp ketchup, tonkatsu or teriyaki sauce and mayonnaise, 2 eggs
• How to make •
1. Chop the vegetables.
2. Add oil to the pan and stir-fry the vegetables.
3. When the vegetables are cooked, push them to one side and add soy sauce to the other side and tilt the pan to burn.
4. Add the rice and mix everything together.
5. Add the oyster sauce and ketchup, stir-fry evenly, and place in a bowl.
6. Add the egg custard and place it on top of the fried rice. 7. Sprinkle tonkatsu sauce, teriyaki sauce, mayonnaise, etc. on top to your taste.
