Abalone pot rice, a health food in itself🤍
If you eat out, you will regret that there is too little abalone,
But at home, you can make it with a lot of abalone, so it is good🫶

I made it for my parents once,

and they said it was so delicious😌

#Abalone pot rice recipe

1. Separate abalone intestines (5 abalones) and chop with scissors
2. Add rice soaked for 30 minutes (300g) + sesame oil 1 + soy sauce 1 + cooking wine 2 + abalone intestines and stir-fry
3. Pour 300g anchovy broth and boil on high heat for 5 minutes
4. Reduce heat to low and boil for 10 minutes
5. Add butter and cook abalone separately
6. Put chopped green onions + shiitake mushrooms + abalone on rice and steam for 15 minutes
