✔️ Dried Pollack and Rice Cake Dumpling Soup
I woke up a little late on the weekend and whipped up a quick rice cake and dumpling soup instead of a breakfast!
I made it with dried pollack bone soup, and the dried pollack added a nice savory flavor, making it incredibly delicious.
Yesterday, for the first time in a while(?), I was super-duper rude and ate a set of chicken, pizza, snacks, and shaved ice. LOL
And in the meantime, to uphold my conscience, I grilled some chicken on a grilled chicken maker. ✨

Dallae Tofu Rice Ball Set
I've been eating a lot of spring vegetable dishes lately, so I also
bought dalae and made rice balls with tofu shiokonbu
Two tablespoons of sliced dalae, 100g of tofu, one bowl of rice, 5g of shiokonbu
Add sesame oil and sesame seeds, mix, and make round balls.

I came up with this menu after seeing the tortillas and vegetables I had in the freezer.
I chopped all kinds of vegetables and added tzatziki, tomato marinade, and guacamole for a variety of flavors!!
I bought pork neck and grilled it until crispy, then lightly seasoned it with soy sauce, pepper, and stevia.
It was so delicious, but if you eat only three per person in moderation, you can diet too!🤩 Probably! Because the next day, you'll lose weight! I also recommend it as a special, unique menu or party food😆

I regret not taking pictures of the middle process because it was my first time making it 🥹
What's the recipe? ✔️ Spread olive oil on salmon, sprinkle a little salt and pepper, and fry all sides
✔️ Put onions, sliced garlic, and vegetables (onions, potatoes, zucchini) on aluminum foil
✔️ Put on top of grilled salmon
✔️ Put tomatoes and butter on salmon and wrap with aluminum foil
✔️ Bake in a 180 degree oven (We baked 500g of salmon for 30 minutes)
✨ Additional toppings are optional. ᐟ We added clams 🤍
It's easier to reach for than you think, but it doesn't? It's a magical side dish, so satisfying ✨
