It was so cold today, right?
Every year when I organize my winter clothes, I forget that it gets cold again

🎄 Super Easy Christmas Menu #4 Ries Basil Pesto Pasta
If you just mix basil pesto with fusilli,
you can make a pasta shaped like a ries~
🥣 Ingredients
〰️ 80g fusilli pasta
〰️ A handful of green beans
〰️ 2 spoons of basil pesto
〰️ 3 cherry tomatoes
〰️ A little baby greens
〰️ A little Grana Padano cheese
🥣 Preparation
1. Boil the fusilli for 9~10 minutes.
2. Stir-fry the green beans in olive oil.
3. Turn off the heat in the pan where you stir-fried the green beans,
and mix the boiled fusilli and basil pesto.
4. Place a small bowl in the middle of the plate, put the pasta on it,
and arrange the cherry tomatoes and baby greens.

5. Finally, grate the cheese.

A friend came to visit.
She's my best friend, but she's only coming to visit now because of COVID.
