Hello. First of all, I am an ordinary student in my 20s who graduated from the Department of Interior Design.
This time, due to Corona, I have been spending a lot of time at home, so I did a self-interior of my room in my home where I lived since I was young.
You can see the old-fashioned lime-colored wallpaper and one wall has a strangely patterned wallpaper, and the overall stuffy structure and narrow space are filled with useless furniture.
Because I have a lot of time at home due to Corona, I decided to do a self-interior = that is, a major renovation. I spent about 1 million won on wallpaper, paint, and furniture.. Especially the painting! It wasn't easy..🤦🏻♀️
The difference between before and after is clear, right?
One thing that is certain is that just changing the color of the wallpaper can make the atmosphere of the space come alive. In fact, I was going to change the molding color from brown to white, but I decided to just leave it as is. My room is not that big and it's a little longer vertically, so I threw away my existing bed and mattress and bought a new mattress and placed it horizontally. I saw somewhere(?) that it's effective to place the bed horizontally in a new long room, and it really is.
After doing my own interior, these days, even when I'm out, I want to go home quickly, and just being in this space is so healing and happy 🤍

🤍 DIY low-profile bed decoration
I liked the comfortable feeling of a low-profile bed,
so I thought that I had to get a low-profile bed!
But when I looked into frames, I was disappointed.
Most low-profile beds have a wooden-colored, slatted shape,
and it didn't match my white house. 🥹
So after much thought,
I looked for the elements needed for the bed I wanted,
and put them together as a set! I came up with the idea
📍The frame (mat) is not a slatted pattern
📍Leave some space on both sides of the mattress
📍Secure head storage space for the charging station
📍Indirect lighting with comfortable lighting
Thus, a DIY low-profile bed that satisfies all conditions is complete 🤗
Except for the frame (mat), all the components are cost-effective furniture that do not exceed 50,000 won,
and if you don't like it, you can use it separately,
so I recommend it 👍
