❶ ❷ Desk
This desk was personally decorated with butter-colored paper. The butter color has a very vintage feel, so I added a few vintage-inspired accessories around the desk. The clock and rug in particular really add to the vintage feel.
❸ ❹ Dining Table
This dining area features a black and wood-themed dining table, chairs, and shelves. Although they're all different brands, I love the feel of the set. 😌 To the side, a Muji SUS shelf adds a touch of steel.
This is a small, round dining table, size 900, perfect for serving simple meals or cooking.
❺ ❻ Living Room
Instead of an awkward and uncomfortable two-seater sofa in a small living room, I think a dining table would be much more useful. With the Muji Living Dining Set, I can now do a lot of things in the living room—eating, relaxing, reading, and more!
The fabric covers, handcrafted at Dongdaemun Market, add a unique touch and accent to the room.
❼ ❽ Bedroom
The bedroom used to be filled with sky blue and yellow fabrics. The layered pillow patterns add a touch of color.

A house filled with my own personal tastes.
Perhaps that's why my love for my home is deepening at the end of the year.
I've been documenting the process and changes of decorating my home through Today's House.
Every time my followers say, "This is Yumi's style,"
I realize that my own unique taste has definitely developed :)
Rather than simply decorating, I want to create a space where my own lifestyle naturally shines through.
Documenting that process of change on Today's House
is also why I love this platform.
Even a single piece of furniture, a rug, or a single light fixture can change the mood of a space depending on the material and design. I always want to convey those subtle differences. :)
While I often simply share my daily life,
when I write a review, I think twice about why I chose a particular product,
and who it would suit.
It's my hope that Today's House users
will make their own meaningful choices!
Whenever I see people ask about sizes and colors,
or say, "I could try this in my home,"
I realize that the records I'm leaving behind can have a lasting impact on someone's life.
I'm also constantly challenging myself.
Because I enjoy listening to music on vinyl,
I became interested in audio equipment and even promoted it.
And as I continued to work on home styling, I naturally became interested in fashion and beauty! The number of things I can unleash at home has grown.🎀
I plan to continue to record my evolving tastes and lifestyle in Today's House.
I hope it will be remembered as a space that people will think of when they think of "Yumi's" in 2026 :)
2025 House of the Year.
It's a little sad that another year has passed like this,
but I'm already thinking about what kind of daily life I'll capture next year.💭
I'm writing this as a last-minute post because I caught a cold at the end of the year,
but I'm writing it as a way to wrap up the year.
