Brown Carpet for Compact Rooms Design Ideas
We have occupied this house for 8 months. We decided to look for a house in Solo because my previous job was handling a team & the Solo city area & its surroundings, while my husband also has a business in Solo. So we looked for a trusted housing developer in this city & chose a cluster according to the budget with a KPR system. With consideration of security, facilities, and a Compact & Minimalist building design that is considered easier to decorate and does not require major renovations so that it is suitable for us millennial couples.
Specific considerations for choosing this type of house besides the minimalist layout are because it has 2 floors & a back garden which, although not large, is the most suitable for our needs compared to other types of houses in this cluster. It's just that the building area & land are adjusted to the budget of course 😊
Because we haven't lived in it for a year, there haven't been many changes apart from the decoration and additional materials such as sliding doors, roasters as garden dividers, kitchen sets & interior wardrobes. The future plan is to change the children's room to be bigger because it feels too small. Apart from that, so far we still feel satisfied with the existing renovation & decoration, while saving we can upgrade the room slowly. By prioritizing urgent needs first.
Good luck to friends who are still struggling
to get their dream home.. hopefully it inspires 🙏😉🩵

#Clusterhome #Midcenturymodern #japandistyle COLOR PALETTE✨ Creating a home color palette has been really helpful. It is handy when shopping and allows me to focus on the colors and materials of the large elements in a space.
The color palette at Hatta Home is dominated by white beige-ish which is found on the wall paint, cabinets & doors, wooden accents on the flooring & several tables, and a little hint of black on every door handle, cabinet knob and even the lamps.
In our living room, kitchen and kids bedroom, every room will be white & black with a natural wood flooring, except for the master bedroom and the guest room. Especially for the main bedroom and guest bedroom, we used a modern farmhouse theme that is more "moody" with a color palette dominated by dark colors such as dark wooden flooring, tan leather, and black furniture.
Hatta Home can have different vibes from room to room while still maintaining an underlying cohesion with the color scheme.
