Tiny houses like Gioia House only have a living room area measuring 4.3 x 3 meters. To utilize this limited space so that it still looks spacious, we made this area an open space joining the foyer and stairs area. We also used large glass windows next to the garden and high ceilings to make the room feel more spacious. Apart from that, using bright colored paint and a bright room also makes a small room feel more spacious. Hello Kimkim Neighbors 👋🏻 Kimkim doesn't have a kids corner at home because she only lives alone with her husband at home. Even though I don't have children, I have a little niece & neighbor's children who like to play with cats at home. The 'kids friendly' category in Kimkim's house can probably be seen from the choice of furniture whose corners are not sharp and hard (areas that children can reach). The soft corners of the sofa can prevent children from being hit. The living room was deliberately decorated without a coffee table to make it look spacious. After explaining the minimalist and Japanese styles, I felt that my house was not a minimalist style because I previously thought that my house's style was just modern minimalist😅 and more towards Japanese, although not completely Japanese. But from the start I wanted a house with a clean, modern concept with a tropical touch. To support this style we use several decor items such as: 1. Pendant lamp with wire material in an abstract shape for a modern impression and vocal point. 2. Dining chairs in light wood color, with rope accents add a tropical impression. 3. Bamboo wall lamp in the dressing table area (to add a tropical impression I used several bamboo/wood decor materials that still match the HPL material in the furniture) 4. Displays such as frames, vases, artificial plants.
