Retro Cat Tower for Kids Room Design Ideas
I had heard so many recommendations for children's desks that Ilum had to make sure Min's desk was an Ilum girl when he went to middle school, and at that moment, I was interested in the Ilum Roy Mute series, and I had a great opportunity to experience it.
The simple and sophisticated white color of the Roy desk goes well with the interior of the children's room, and thanks to that, Min started spending more time at his desk and often showed himself concentrating and studying, and he did very well on his first midterm exam. I was so proud.
After he got his own desk, he fiddled around, made a schedule, and put it up. He only kept his precious things on the bookshelf and said, "Mom, I'm going to put only my treasures here!" There was a picture in the small report .....🥹
Watching the process of my child immersing himself, thinking, and realizing things while doing hobbies and getting inspiration at the desk, I think this is what Ilum calls "daily life is creation" (
Ah! Min-i studies with a pad, and the Roy desk has a charger, which is very convenient. What I like the most is that the desk can be moved, so if you put it in a face-to-face position, it is very convenient to study with friends or tutors!
I think this desk is designed with children's convenience in many ways, such as a mini drawer, a rotating drawer, a side bag hanger, and a front magnetic board.
I added a door to the upper cabinet,
and it also has the advantage of being able to add pull-out lighting, doors, drawers, and bookshelves.
Ilum Roy Mute Desk is designed only with carefully selected materials, and is the most reliable desk in terms of durability and eco-friendliness, so I recommend it.

I've been getting a lot of DMs, so I'm sharing mostly furniture on my feed 😍
📌Desk - IKEA LINNMON table
It's an IKEA desk, and it's cost-effective and doesn't take up much space in a small room, so it's good.
It's the perfect size for a 24-inch iMac.
I think you'll be able to use it more spaciously if you put a laptop or pad there. 💛
📌Bookcase - IKEA KALLAX Bookcase (2x2) 2-tier
Next to the desk is an IKEA KALLAX bookcase, and I bought two 4-compartment ones and used them side by side.
It's a bookcase with ample depth and doesn't have a closed back,
so it'll be good to use it to divide the space without feeling stuffy, and it's also good to use it next to the desk like this.
Next time, I'm thinking of stacking two of them and putting them on top to use them vertically! It seems to be useful in many ways 😊
📌Upper cabinet - Philwell Muno multipurpose upper storage cabinet 800
The upper cabinet that I am using as a bookshelf is a Philwell multipurpose upper cabinet (size 800).
Because it is an upper cabinet, I used it on top of the fireplace console or storage cabinet in my previous house,
and used it well as a home cafe shelf,
but when I moved this time, I put it on top of the bookshelf and it goes so well!
I am using it well because it is good for storing cute collectibles, figures, and small books.
The basic size is 800, so it is a good size to put on a storage cabinet or shelf!
I am thinking of putting it in the kitchen next time when I get tired of using it like this.
I have been using it for several years and it seems to be useful in many ways! 😍
And the upper cabinet color is originally white! I reformed it by attaching a pink check sheet.
When I get tired of it, I change the color of the sheet and use it, and it feels good to change my mood.
📌 Pink check sheet - Sheetnara Ibang desk reform single color point check pattern sheet DPS-Pink'
📌 Butter storage cabinet - Room & Home Live Sliding High storage cabinet 900
This is a butter-colored storage cabinet next to the IKEA bookshelf!
The color is so pretty, and it's not all butter-colored, but it's all white, and only the storage cabinet door is butter-colored! I really liked it! So it blends well with the white interior. It has a generous capacity, so it has good storage capacity.
📌 Beam projector - Minix 'Mini Beam'
There were a lot of questions about the beam, but this beam can be used wirelessly and is compact in size, so it's really convenient and good to carry around and use!
📌 Mini space box - IKEA Rixhult storage cabinet cabinet
The small mini space box next to the upper cabinet is also an IKEA product!
My previous house was a duplex, but the ceiling height was low, so I used it as a bedside table in the duplex,
and after moving in and putting it on the bookshelf, the size is perfect! It's made of iron, so you can stick magnets or postcards on it, so it's good for decorating a room.
