On the 1st floor, the building area is around 36 square meters, 3 meters wide and 12 meters long. Therefore, we have to have lots of storage so we can store things neatly.
To make the space appear wider, we can remove partitions. You can see that on the 1st floor, there are no partitions between rooms. Apart from open space, we also chose small furniture.
We had to renovate a sofa bed because it was too big in our small living room. As a result, from the results of the renovation, we made tatami pillows.
One more thing, large windows or openings can also give the impression that the room looks more spacious, because the outdoor garden seems to be part of the room.

The ambience that we want from this Livingroom is warm. So we use minimalist furniture and minimalist colors, such as dominant cream, brown, gray.
In our opinion, with minimalist design and color furniture, the room looks more spacious, elegant and warm (optional flooring can use SPC).
