On the 1st floor, the building area is around 36 square meters, 3 meters wide and 12 meters long. Therefore, we have to have lots of storage so we can store things neatly.
To make the space appear wider, we can remove partitions. You can see that on the 1st floor, there are no partitions between rooms. Apart from open space, we also chose small furniture.
We had to renovate a sofa bed because it was too big in our small living room. As a result, from the results of the renovation, we made tatami pillows.
One more thing, large windows or openings can also give the impression that the room looks more spacious, because the outdoor garden seems to be part of the room.
Check out the whiteinblack house tour, or see my other post, to see more details. Good bedding is directly related to good sleep.
When I was free to travel, I liked the trip itself, but I really liked the square blanket that I covered myself with after finishing my trip and going to a comfortable accommodation and taking a shower. A good night’s sleep in a well-equipped environment helped me get rid of the fatigue from the previous day and feel better the next day.
Now that I am not free to travel, I have brought that happiness into my daily life. I try to treat myself well with a good mattress and good bedding. It may seem like a small thing, but I definitely feel the difference in my quality of life.
The bedding from @vivirndayofficial that I applied for through Oriviewer was the perfect choice for me. The most important thing is the feeling of being hugged when I covered myself with the blanket, and the comfortable and moderately square feeling when it touched my body was just like the hotel bedding I expected. In particular, when I changed to the ‘cotton quilt cover’, it was perfect for me, who doesn’t use blankets that are too thin even in the summer. In addition, I have severe allergies and am sensitive to dust, but I also liked the fact that it is made of high-density material so there is less dust and flying around, and I am very satisfied because it seems to create a more natural and luxurious mood because it is made of matte cotton. Lastly, the packaging is also stylish, so I would like to recommend it as a gift. Thank you for giving me a happy night's sleep :)

https://www.instagram.com/nanny_room/ We have occupied this house for 8 months. We decided to look for a house in Solo because my previous job was handling a team & the Solo city area & its surroundings, while my husband also has a business in Solo. So we looked for a trusted housing developer in this city & chose a cluster according to the budget with a KPR system. With consideration of security, facilities, and a Compact & Minimalist building design that is considered easier to decorate and does not require major renovations so that it is suitable for us millennial couples.
Specific considerations for choosing this type of house besides the minimalist layout are because it has 2 floors & a back garden which, although not large, is the most suitable for our needs compared to other types of houses in this cluster. It's just that the building area & land are adjusted to the budget of course 😊
Because we haven't lived in it for a year, there haven't been many changes apart from the decoration and additional materials such as sliding doors, roasters as garden dividers, kitchen sets & interior wardrobes. The future plan is to change the children's room to be bigger because it feels too small. Apart from that, so far we still feel satisfied with the existing renovation & decoration, while saving we can upgrade the room slowly. By prioritizing urgent needs first.
Good luck to friends who are still struggling
to get their dream home.. hopefully it inspires 🙏😉🩵
