Hi, I'm Jeff, living in New York! :) I work as a UI/UX designer and my wife works as a data analyst. We met during freshman year of college and got married after 4 years of dating. I’ve been living in New York since I immigrated to the US at the age of 10, and my wife is from Boston but came to New York for college. We live in the neighborhood of Long Island City, which is located in Queens on the East side of Manhattan.

I fell in love with DIY because it allowed me to change anything I didn't like in our home. Hello! My name is Josie (Ohouse: @madebyjosiezx) and I'm in my twenties. I'm a former product designer, a full-time software engineer, a professional ballroom dancer, and a part-time DIYer. I began my home improvement journey at the start of the pandemic, when my partner and I moved into a new 330 sq ft home that needed a lot of work. However, due to Covid-19, everyone started canceling. We had a kitchen that we couldn't use, and a lot of extra time on our hands, so we learned to build things ourselves. I fell in love with DIY because it allowed me to change anything I didn't like in our home, and now it's almost become a kind of therapy for me!
