This facade design is a default from the developer. Don't be surprised, the facade is not fenced, but thank God the security is 24 hours. The area covered by the garage is wider than the area designated for the garden. For the garage, we chose tiles with a slightly darker color (gray) with a rougher texture so that it is not slippery, for the roof we chose a glass canopy to make it look more aesthetic even though the maintenance is relatively more difficult. For the garden area, there are 2 types of grass, live grass and dead grass (synthetic). Live grass in areas that are not covered by the canopy and synthetic grass for the relaxation area that is still covered by the roof of the house.
