The place to gather with family and friends is usually in the comfortable Living Room surrounded by sofas, but in our house, we more often use the dining table to gather. Therefore, from the start we decided to make a long dining table so that more people could be together. So that it wasn't immediately visible from the main door, we partitioned the room with a rattan bench and a TV cupboard which we converted into a shoe cupboard, of course with beautiful decorations on top to sweeten the room.

It's a 28-pyeong space with an extended veranda. ㅎㅎ I tried to decorate it as a cozy space. Warm tones are the main color, and yellow cushion-like point colors were used!

This facade design is a default from the developer. Don't be surprised, the facade is not fenced, but thank God the security is 24 hours. The area covered by the garage is wider than the area designated for the garden. For the garage, we chose tiles with a slightly darker color (gray) with a rougher texture so that it is not slippery, for the roof we chose a glass canopy to make it look more aesthetic even though the maintenance is relatively more difficult. For the garden area, there are 2 types of grass, live grass and dead grass (synthetic). Live grass in areas that are not covered by the canopy and synthetic grass for the relaxation area that is still covered by the roof of the house. This kitchen is in a minimalist Japandi style. It is indeed a bit different from the living room style, because my wife prefers soft colors like this.
