Hi there! I'm a grad student who’s happiest when I’m at home. These days, I spend a lot of time on campus, so I’ve come to appreciate my time at home even more. This place is actually my very first apartment, and I've been living here for four years now. Creating a home that reflects your personality takes time and patience. Every piece has a story, and each one should bring you joy. I'm Sarah Jackson (Instagram: @nycwithsarah), a twenty-something NYC resident. I'm completing my PhD by day and indulging my passion for interior design by night. While I have many interests, I'm happiest in my home with my partner and pup, Rex. When we moved to NYC, we chose Roosevelt Island – a part of Manhattan separated by a few feet of water from the hustle and bustle of the city. It's a peaceful oasis of green space and quiet views of the skyline. I also take the legendary tram for transportation – pretty cool!
