French Country Mirror Design Ideas
This bathroom is a private bathroom in #rumahlimut. The size is only 2x3.2m with two doors connected to the master bedroom and to the walk-in closet area.
This master bathroom design is my dream bathroom. Inspired by the timeless chic style of French Country bathrooms, we chose a shower, towel rack, and several vintage accessories.
A skylight above the wash-bashin area becomes a path for natural light to enter beautifully every day. I like a clean & bright bathroom with maximum lighting.
Therefore, we chose white from the floor to the full wall to the top using 120x60cm marble motif granite.
We differentiate the shower area walls by using zellige tile (handcrafted Moroccan ceramics) so that there is still an "organic" impression so that it can soften and give character to the surrounding marble walls.
The shower enclosure uses 12mm thick tempered glass with a curved design at the top so that it gives a stylish impression.
Some ways to create a “warm” atmosphere in this bathroom include the choice of shower, faucet & bidet in gold, several features with genuine brass & silver materials, the choice of wood motif Taco sheet for the vanity and the choice of solid wood material for the door to the walk-in closet.
In the closet wall area, we installed an old hanging glass cabinet that we painted & redesigned to store our perfume collection. As for the sitting closet and under-mount wash-basin, we chose a vintage design.
On the other side, there is a vanity measuring 120x60 cm. The inside of the drawer is coated with PVC to make it more waterproof. We deliberately made it floating so that the bottom is easy to clean. We gave the top wall a 60x90cm mirror with a bevel accent that immediately gives a luxurious impression even though the design is simple.

1. I just wanted to get rid of the ugly recessed light and put in IKEA Solklint..
I didn't know it would get this big
I cut wood to fill the remaining hole and finished my first self-painting, but when I thought about it, Solklint doesn't have a sensor?!ㅎㅎㅎ
I hurriedly studied and found out that there is a microwave sensor, so I connected it and found the ceiling core and attached it..
I wrote it briefly, but it was so hard for a beginner who doesn't know anything about electricity or carpentry to work step by stepㅠㅠ
That's how proud I am every time I enter the entrance, and my satisfaction is the highest
2. I was determined to have a French front door, but I ran into a surprise
Is the general control switch.. Why is it located in the middle of the stepping stone?
The space for installing the front door was only about 7~8cm
I was frustrated when I received advice from every company I contacted, such as Yeonglim and Noru Home, that the front door could not be installed because of the switch
Just in case, I bought an apartment I contacted a local company with good reviews in Danbang, and they said it can be installed with aluminum French doors ㅇㅅㅇ!!!!
Compared to wooden French doors, the frame is thinner, the hinges are not exposed, and it can open and close 180 degrees
It was much better than the wooden French doors I first looked into
The number of notices, glass frame design, glass type, and even the handle were all adjusted to my liking, so it came out in the style I wanted
I felt good because every guest who came to my house complimented the door on its beauty

painting, decorating, documenting, and repeating all year, and before I knew it, the end of the year had arrived.
I think the reason you love my house is probably because
I've been able to create my own, with small ideas.
For example, I've made windows out of cabinet doors,
made louvered windows out of partitions,
made picture frames out of socks,
made double doors out of partitions,
made a living room table out of glass blocks, and so on.
I've even installed herringbone flooring, painted doors,
and even painted the ceiling moldings with my own hands.
My love for my home has deepened.
I think this year's masterpiece is the double doors made out of partitions (7th photo).
I'm not an expert, but I think there's meaning in decorating with my own hands,
capturing the mood I like.
My goal is always
to give you the confidence that you can do it, just because I can. Rather than having identical homes,
I want each of us to feel how wonderful and happy it would be to own a home that resembles us.
