I'm only 148cm tall (lol),
so I sit at the lowest setting.
My feet touch the floor,
but I sit leaning forward a little,
so I put a cushion between me when I sit for a long time.
As for the height, I'm extremely shorter than average,
so I think most people can adjust it to the perfect height for themselves...!

Also, the backrest doesn't go up to your head like a gaming chair,
but only goes down to below your shoulder blades.
I think this is a matter of preference,
but I fall asleep if it goes up to my head😂,
so this height of the backrest is just right for me.
