If you just stack the ingredients in your refrigerator on the bread, you can enjoy a simple and healthy open toast!
Today, I made open toast using shrimp and avocado arugula!
[Shrimp avocado open toast]
Ingredients: 2 slices of rye bread, 4 frozen cocktail shrimp, 1/2 avocado, a little arugula, cheese, pepper, cayenne pepper, crushed pepper, 1t lemon juice
1. Toast the rye bread.
2. Mash the avocado with salt, pepper, and 1t lemon juice.
3. Sprinkle pepper and cayenne pepper on the shrimp and fry them well in a pan.
4. Layer the prepared avocado spread, arugula, and shrimp on the toasted bread in that order, then plate with cheese, pepper, crushed pepper, etc. and you're done!
