In the end, the house I chose had a deposit of 30 million won and monthly rent of 450,000 won. 💸 The storyteller thought it was okay as long as the monthly rent was less than 500,000 won. He said he chose his current home because he felt that it would be burdensome if it cost more than 500,000 won and the maintenance fee would also be added.

First of all, my room is a little bigger than 3 pyeong. I recently cleaned out all the unnecessary stuff. The old closet went into the storage room, and I wanted to make a new change, so I changed the overall tone to white and silver. As you can see, the accent color is silver!
