when night falls, we rarely use bright lights. We prefer to use strip lights and standing lamps with warm white colors to create a warm and relaxing ambience. ready to rest.
We chose carpets, sofas with soft pillows, and easy chairs with colors that fit the theme, so it was as if they were saying "let's sit down first, are you tired? How is today? want to watch TV to cheer up your tired day?"
The furniture we use is mostly from Ikea Indonesia with light wood colors, apart from that for the TV backdrop, we also order custom ones with matching colors. for other decorations according to my preferences, who like plants, books and various handicrafts that we bought in Jogja.
tip: when renovating a house, install two types of lights in the living room, warm white stripes on the ceiling and standing lamps, and bright lights in the middle of the ceiling. When you want to relax, only use warm white lights, and when you have guests, you can turn on bright lights.

This is a photo of our tiny living room which is still in the process of being filled. The width is 3m adjacent to the room. It's really typical of standard type 42 housing, isn't it?
GH House is on the corner with LT 7x15 m. It has an open space concept and a Japandi theme. We really like this Japandi theme because it suits our simple, minimalist house. Coincidentally it matches our favorite colors, namely White and Earth Tone. So we think it is very easy to combine brown, green, gray and neutralize it with white or black.
