Now, I’m transforming my once warm yet ordinary wood-toned home into the soft strawberry-milk pink space I’ve always dreamed of. We live in a three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment. While the living room is spacious, the kitchen is quite small, and overall, storage is limited. We went to college together just across the Bay Bridge, so San Francisco has always held a particular charisma for us.We rent a 1-bedroom open-concept apartment with 1.5 bathrooms that measures 1100 sq. ft. Our complex has 40 newly built units, all featuring unusually large floor plans. My favorite thing about the apartment is undoubtedly the curved, floor-to-ceiling bay windows. They make the space look even bigger than it already is and let in so much light during the day, which is great as we mostly work from home.
