I cleaned out the inside of the sink for the first time in a while, washed the kitchen fabric, and replaced it with a new kitchen mat and floor mat. The mat I had before wasn't soft, so my feet hurt, but this mat is a tufted mat, so it's soft and feels nice and soft against my feet. I grew up mainly in Taiwan and moved to the states in 2015 for college. Outside of work, you can find me discovering new restaurants, scouring thrift shops for interesting furniture pieces, estate sales, and museums. I've moved every year for the first 7 years after I moved to the states. Before moving to this apartment, I had rented a unit that was converted from a garage which had no windows to the outside, and consequently, no natural sunlight. I remember setting up my smart lamp to turn on at a certain time so I would get a sense of the time.
