Successful Separation Sleeping Story with Moon-dung-i Mom and Dad 👶🏻 It's been over a month since I started separate sleeping, and to sum it up, I'm so glad I did separate sleeping! Since the structure doesn't allow for a family bed in the bedroom, separate sleeping was not an option but a necessity🙄 In particular, many people around me have succeeded in separate sleeping, and both the baby and the parents' sleep quality improved, so I started separate sleeping with the belief that my baby could do it too 🙌 (It took me 3 weeks to get my mind right...) When I wake up in the morning and watch my baby rolling around and playing well on his own without mom, I really think I did well to do separate sleeping! 👍 He still takes short naps sometimes and cries at night asking for a hug, but compared to before, the sleep quality of the baby and mom has definitely improved, so I'm happy that I can raise him with a smile on his face. If anyone is hesitating, I totally recommend it!☺
