It doesn't matter if he just goes into the sink, but he might be interested in the drain or try to play with the sponge 🥲 5) Sink faucet / faucet latch I was worried about this part because I heard stories of cat bosses who practiced how to turn on the faucet and turned on the water when the owner was sleeping or at work. My cat carefully observed the door opening and closing at home and learned how to open and close the door on his own, so I thought he might learn how to turn on the water too. It's fine when I'm at home, but I'm worried that he'll have an accident when I go to work and no one's there. Should I tie the faucet with a rubber band before going to work, and what if the rubber band breaks and he swallows it? Should I turn the water valve under the sink on and off every time? Should I put a plastic box over the faucet? My dad came up with this method, and as a result, I'm satisfied and comfortable. They connected the wire and that hook(?) thing, so it was easy to hang it on the faucet when I went to work and easy to pull it out when I came home to use water, so it was good.
