What exercise equipment would you recommend to those who are lazy about going out and do home workouts? It's a jumping cube. I bought it with my own money a while ago, and it's working much better than I thought, so I'd like to recommend it to those who are lazy like me. It's good to jump, but I'm running here these days, and I don't have to worry about noise between floors, and it hasn't broken even after using it for a long time. When you stand, the middle sinks in, so I jump back and forth like 4 or 5, but I've gotten the hang of it, so it doesn't strain my knees and it's fine. There are a lot of interesting dramas these days, so I like running while watching dramas and I get a lot of exercise.
