Really delicious olive sausage rice pot recipe☺️ A delicious meal for my elementary school student and my adult husband on Children's Day! I brought you a recipe for rice pot that both children and adults will love :) Since it's Children's Day, I made it with lots of sausages and olives that my elementary school student likes, and my mom said it was the best and gave me a double thumbs up☺️ This is Onuk's olive sausage rice pot recipe that was really popular :) If you like olives, you should definitely make this Two bowls of rice with gobong are so easy-! I made it with Le Creuset Gourmet Rice Cooker, and the glossy and chewy rice taste is the best🥹💛 👩‍🍳Olive Sausage Rice Cooker (2-3 servings) ➰️Ingredients 200g green olives, 1 can spam (125g), 2 cups rice (335g), 2 cups water (360ml), 1T chicken stock, 1 small onion, 2 sausages, olive oil ➰️How to make 1. Wash the rice, drain it in a sieve, and soak it for more than 30 minutes. 2. Chop the onion and spam into small pieces. 3. Slice the sausage thinly and drain the olives 4. Put olive oil in the rice cooker and stir-fry the onions and spam 5. When the onions become transparent, add the rice and stir-fry for 1 minute 6. Add the water and chicken stock and boil over medium heat until the water is reduced 7. Cover with a moisture cover, close the lid, and boil over low heat for 10 minutes 8. Add the olives and sausage, close the lid, turn off the heat, and let it steam for 10 minutes 9. Pour a round of olive oil, mix well, and enjoy ✔️I cut the sausage instead of spam and used a total of 270g. Be sure to use delicious sausage! Most important🌟 (I added John Cook Kielbasa) ✔️If it's a salty olive, rinse it in water and use it.
