[Homemade Food Recommendation] How about delicious Arongsatae-suyuk at home on Red Day? Teacher's Day and Buddha's Birthday coincided to create a precious Red Day, and my husband's birthday also happened to coincide with it. Actually, my husband's birthday is an excuse~! I brought out the menu I wanted to eat. I made it with a recipe from my favorite Macaron Lady YouTube channel and left out the ingredients I didn't have, but it's still delicious!! Buy Arongsatae that has been trimmed! Since trimmed meat was sold out, I had no choice but to remove the fascia and scapula, so I did it roughly. After finishing all your work, enjoy a delicious meal with your family at your leisure :) ✔️Arongsatae-suyuk Ingredients: 800g of Arongsatae, garlic, green onions, whole peppercorns, soju, chives, mushrooms, vegetables to your taste, 1. After trimming, soak the Arongsatae in cold water for 30 minutes to 1 hour to remove the blood. 2. Pour plenty of water into a pot, add green onions, garlic, whole peppercorns, and half a cup of soju, and boil over high heat. (I didn't have garlic or soju, so I just added a little bit of mirin.) 3. When the water with the shredded ...
