Cream cheese and whipped cream make basque cake, but can't handle the calories? I made it with basque and Greek yogurt 🎂 ➰Basque Cheesecake➰ - 200g cream cheese (I used Philadelphia Extra Protein) - 120g Greek yogurt - 30g allulose - 1 egg - a pinch of vanilla extract - 0.5T lemon juice - 1T starch powder ▪️Beat the cream cheese with a spatula until creamy, and add Greek yogurt to make creamy. ▪️Add all the liquid ingredients (allulose, egg, vanilla extract, lemon juice) and mix well. ▪️Finally, add starch powder and mix, and pour the dough into an oven pan (I used a mini round mold with a diameter of 12cm) lined with parchment paper. ▪️Tap it on the floor, mix it in a zigzag motion with chopsticks to remove air bubbles, and bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 20 minutes. ❗️I think I should put it in the second compartment from the top of my oven so that the color on the top will be darker. Depending on your oven specifications, put it in a different compartment! This is actually my first time baking baccheese. I think I've only had it once or twice... ? You know, I'm a true chechee lover 🥺🫶🏻 But I'm on a diet these days. So I thought baccheese would be better than chechee with flour and butter, so I tried it. But after baking it for a while, the top is too white..? I think it's because I put it in the bottom compartment of the oven too much🥲 In the end, this time, cracks formed in the middle, and only the edges were blackened😣 But now that I learned it, I think I'll be able to bake it blacker and prettier next time. I just finished my training for two days and it's the weekend - Did you all start off energetically? I'll also spend my off-day meaningfully✨ #DietRecipe #바스크치즈케이크 #홈카페 #홈카페인테리어 #홈카페존 #다이어트 #다이어트디저트 #다이어트요리 #비비오리테이블
