Of the books 1 and 2, I personally thought that the first book was more informative and fun The second book is thicker and more expensive (It mainly focuses on the basics that are good for those who are not good at cooking, who are not good at cooking) But the first book even includes soup recipes that go well with pot rice, so I think I felt that way because there was more to learn! It would be good to read both books, but if I had to recommend them, I would recommend reading the first book!
