This is the know-how passed down by the owner of a wine bar famous for its snacks :) The flavor changes completely with a spoonful of tomato sauce🍅🥫 And, Kimdael's know-how is to bake the morning bread crispy as a side dish😎 It's softer than bread, baguette, or garlic bread, and absorbs oil well, so it goes well with gambas♥️ This time, I tried it with Papa Grain Morning Bread, and it was so delicious! 🔸 Ingredients ▪️10 raw cocktail shrimp ▪️40 sliced garlic (about 10 whole garlic) ▪️1 cup olive oil (=200ml) ▪️1T tomato sauce ▪️A little parsley powder ▪️1-2 morning buns 🔸Prepare the ingredients 1️⃣ Prepare the garlic by slicing it 2️⃣ Thaw the frozen shrimp in water for 3 minutes 3️⃣ Remove moisture with a kitchen towel and marinate 4️⃣ Cut the morning bun in half and sprinkle olive oil (optional) Bake in the oven at 140 degrees for 5 minutes (crispy baking) 🔸 Cooking instructions 1️⃣ Add olive oil to a pan and heat 2️⃣ When bubbles start to rise, add the sliced garlic 3️⃣ Add the marinated shrimp 4️⃣ Add 1 spoon of tomato sauce and mix well, then cook for 5 minutes 🔸 Tip 💡If there is any moisture left on the shrimp, the oil will splatter, so remove it thoroughly. 💡You don't have to season it separately because you've already seasoned it 💡The shrimp are big and plump! #Wine #술안주 #감바스 #새우요리 #레시피 #홈바테이블 #홈바
