That hard texture is completely gone!! A revolutionary snack 😁 Strain the melon flesh through a sieve and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of white vinegar, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of honey, and a pinch of salt, and mix and sprinkle :) Adding dill and blueberries would be the icing on the cake!!
