Croissant Sandwich with Shrimp and Scrambled Eggs🥐 🥐Ingredients🥐 • 1 croissant • Sauce: 1T thick Greek yogurt (mayo if unavailable), 0.5T whole grain mustard, 0.5T honey • Egg wash: 1 egg + 0.5T thick Greek yogurt + 10g butter • 4 frozen shrimp + pepper, paprika powder, salt • Arugula ▪️Cut the croissant in half and put it back together, then preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 3 minutes. ▪️Mix all the sauce ingredients together, take the croissant out of the oven, and spread it on both sides of the inside. ▪️Whisk the egg with Greek yogurt, and cut the butter into small cubes and add them to the egg wash. ▪️Heat the pan, add the egg water, make scramble, and take out the finished scramble separately.
