๐ฑ Minimal diet. When I first got married, there were things I took for granted. As a housewife, I would prepare rice, soup, or stew, side dishes, and a main dish. But now, I have forgotten all about those thoughts. After living, I realized that I don't eat side dishes. A delicious main dish with salad or fruit was enough. I prefer seafood over red meat, so I enjoy eating it right away. Even Naimi is a picky eater, so she wants different food every day. 1,000 won for 4 cucumbers, 2,000 won for a bunch of onions. I made cucumber salad with the vegetables I bought at the market today, and cut the tomatoes. I made the rolled tofu sushi I bought for the event. For protein, I added some leftover chicken breast stew from yesterday, and dinner is ready! I made it in advance for Naimi, who is hungry after school, and I put it in the fridge so I can take it out and eat it right away. Rather than planning a large meal plan and making a large batch, I personally check out the seasonal ingredients, buy inexpensive ones little by little, and cook minimally. When itโs difficult to cook at home, I eat out on the weekends at a specialty restaurant. Without using a side dish store, without delivery, without meal kits, without side dishes, without portioning. So, itโs okay to have a small lunch box. โYou have to realize it to do it.โ Thatโs what I heard in yoga class today. Thereโs nothing I take for granted. The refrigerator isnโt perfect. The secret to eating deliciously every day without a special diet is a little diligence. How about a light dinner tonight? (Milk and corn tea instead of drinks) #Seona's Living Recipe #๋ฏธ๋๋ฉ์ด๋ฆผ๋ฌ #Minimal Life #๋ฏธ๋๋ฉ์ด๋ฆผ #์์์ง #Emotional Living #์ฌ๋ฆ์ด๋ฆผ #๋กค์ ๋ถ์ด๋ฐฅ #Small House #์์์ฃผ๋ฐฉ #์๋จ #๋๋์ ์ #Kitchen #์ฃผ๋ฐฉ์ฉํ #์ฃผ๋ฐฉ์๋ฉ #ํ์ฟก #I'm also a Creator
